The Mobile Spa

We require a deposit on some services to book with The Mobile Spa, on the services we dont, we do capture your credit card information. If you cancel your appointment One hour or less before the scheduled time, you will be charged in full. If you arrive 10 minutes late or more, your appointment will be cancelled and a $15 late fee will be applied to your next appointment. For no call no shows, your card on file will be charged the full price with no exceptions. If you no call no show twice, you will be banned from our booking site. Please be considerate of your esthetician's time and communicate any changes or cancellations to avoid any charges. Additionally, if you pay in full for your appointment and cancel on the same day or no call no show, you will lose your payment. Lastly, discounted services must be scheduled on the days they apply. If you schedule a discounted service on another day, the discount will not be applied and you will be responsible for the full payment.
