The Mobile Spa

We require a deposit on all services to book with The Mobile Spa. We do capture your credit card information. If you cancel your appointment One hour or less before the scheduled time, you will be charged in full. If you arrive 15 minutes late, your appointment will automatically be cancelled, and your deposit will be lost. If you do a no call no show your card will be charged the full price of service. Two no call shows will result in an automatic booking ban. You can cancel and reschedule appointments online at least 8 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel outside of the window contact your provider directly.
